  Placed an online order to go at 11:55am. It says order will be ready at 12:40pm. Arrived at restaurant at 12:40pm and they can’t find my order. They said there is system glitch and about 20 online orders were held up in the glitch as well. Restaurant is empty. Had to wait for them to make my food. No compensation from restaurant for the delays. Horrible service.

  The food was great and came out fast, drinks were good, and the service was amazing. Our server Noah was attentive, friendly, and explained everything in detail—he really made our experience. The only thing (which really isn’t anyone’s fault) was the bugs. I’d highly recommend coming here before sundown to avoid them and definitely ask for Noah!!

  We had a wonderful experience at Rocco‘s tacos yesterday. My wife and I both enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, but the service was absolutely amazing Starting with the hostess Kennedy seating us at our table and Christian making our guacamole from scratch right at our table, but our server broke was heads and tails above anything we had experienced there before. Prompt service and always with a smile. Even the general manager came by and asked us how we were enjoying our time. Five star I only wish I could give them six thank you again.

  Justin is the best!!! There’s a bird trapped in the light outside and we are very worried about it, and Justin really cared. The bird is NOT nesting just walking in circles scared, and Justin was/is genuinely concerned about his well being! On another note this place has good food and great service for a busy place! #savethebird - Update the bird was saved, Justin did it himself with his general manager who was helping as much as she could! The bird had built a nest and built it until it locked itself in the light. This was one crazy night!

  My friend and I usually choose Tacos Tacos to meet up at least once a month. We’ve always loved the margaritas, the guacamole, the food, and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. To start, the hostess was very rude and not communicative at all. Our server seemed annoyed and short-tempered, possibly overwhelmed by the loud music or how busy it was, but it made us feel unwelcome. The food was even more disappointing. It was practically inedible. The only thing that still seemed consistent was the guacamole. The drinks looked more like martinis than margaritas, which was very surprising. The cheese dip had onions, peppers, and tomatoes mixed in, which completely changed the flavor. On top of that, the chorizo was added as a whole/chunk piece instead of being properly chopped into small pieces and blended into the cheese dip. The tacos had no flavor at all, and the tortillas were cold.We were honestly so disappointed and left wondering what has happened to this place!!! 🤮🤮
