  The service here was amazing! Thanks to Tyler and Vinnie I was able to get exactly what I needed. The food was better than other places I’ve tried. It was a truly marvelous experience.

  I’ve never had a problem with the food, I do think that the food is quality. However, the service I endured when I arrived today was terrible. More than half the protein options were not made which limited the options to chicken and steak. One worker was sitting in the back doing god knows what, one was shuffling around on their phone, and the girl who took my order had headphones on, barely communicated with me, and seemed to be under the influence or just purely unmotivated to work. This was an extremely disappointing experience and vastly different than the first time I came. Hopefully the owners can fire the employees that were on this shift so I can return!

  Jakayla was the most amazing and patient employee working here at QDOBA She needs a raise I watched her take care of four people by herself with no help . She was the sweetest little thing there and because of her I will be back , Thank you Jakayla

  this place serves awesome eatery and the worker at the front, Tyler was his name i believe, was the kindest person i’ve dealt with in there and definitely deserves a raise. i paid good money for good food and for great service. definitely coming again.

  Ordered taco kit for 8-10 people in Boca Raton for my birthday, 1/31/26, made sure to order 2 days in advance. Contacted restaurant at 4:30 to check order would be ready on time for 6:00 pick up. Chloe, the store manager tells me they have no order even though I had a confirmation email and scheduled order in the mobile app. After speaking with some general managers I sent them my confirmation and was promised my order would be ready on time. I contacted the restaurant at about 5:55 to confirm my order would be ready, after receiving some unusual emails about technical issues with my credit card payment. When I spoke to the restaurant they claimed my 8-10 person taco kit was not a catering order and just a family meal mobile order which according to them was the reason for the confusion. I thought that calling an 8-10 person kit for $160 a family meal sounded odd but I was happy my food would be ready on time. We arrive at the empty store where the girls pulls out a tiny bag of food. The protein for the order was in 4oz paper cup, we thought this was some sort of joke. She shows me 24 tortillas and enough meat for one person. I had to show her my order on the menu. An 8-10 person taco kit which includes guacamole, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and pickled onions along with all the other extras I ordered . The queso and fajita veggies I added was supposed to enough for 4-5 people and also appeared to be in small containers enough for maybe 1-2 people. This girl I thought was a manager obviously has no clue what I ordered even though it was clearly stated on my confirmation, and does not know what items are available on the menu. We left with no food for my birthday just utter disappointment. I got no apology and no response from the general manager I spoke with earlier. Bad business and no accountability!! Just received a message from QDOBA management saying they would remove my review for being dishonest about what I paid for. Unbelievable considering then have a copy of my order confirmation! Someone needs to explain to the QDOBA management how good customer works.
