But what really strike me was the attitude of the lady that served me, she was super patient with me being a first timer; but her willingness to serve and make you feel appreciate it as a customer it was the highlight of my visit. You can find american mexican food anywhere these days but what you can't find elsewhere it's the efforts at this establishment to make you feel value. Unfortunately, something we have lost at other casual dinning of the same nature. Chipotle ...be aware! They are coming for you....

I ordered a salad and asked for a small bit of rice and got argued with by the worker there saying that they dont do rice on salads. Not sure when that started as I always got a small bit of rice on the salad. She proceeded to argue with me and then copped an attitude when I said id like the scoop of rice. After that it went even further downhill with her barely giving me any of the other items I ordered. 1/2 scoop black beans, maybe 8 pieces of chicken, and so forth. Then they ran out of sour cream and instead of getting more she just put the lid on the bowl. If thats what this one is going to be ill go down the road to the other Mexican restaurants where I dont get grief for asking for rice. Maybe they'll improve over time or once they get friendlier workers.

Nobody helped me until another couple came and they helped them first right when they came in even though I was there first and was already waiting for a good 15 min in the line. Average tasting food and small portion size I got 1 TBS of rice. No vegetarian protein other than beans. Came here because of the tiktok hype. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but my first experience was frustrating and I had huge expectations but it was nothing but a disappointment.
