  I came in to pick up my order at this Boca location and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked for extra pepperoncinis, the employee brought the entire bucket to the counter, put his bare hand inside it, and placed them directly into my pizza box, no gloves, no tongs. I’ve been to multiple Papa John’s across South Florida, and every other location uses tongs and foil. To make matters worse, he had an attitude, rolling his eyes and making it seem like I was asking for too much, acting entitled, as if he didn’t care. I wasn’t trying to cause an issue, it was such a simple fix, and he didn’t really apologize, but he eventually did what he was supposed to do in the first place. After he fixed the situation, he still sarcastically said, “Have a good night” as I left. I drove 20 minutes for this, and the lack of basic food safety and professionalism is just unacceptable. I hope management addresses this.

  Very excited to try new papa John’s store that opened nearby. What a deception.The gluten-free pizza was beyond dry, with a dark, overcooked crust I never asked for. Paid extra for chicken and see in the picture what I got !!Spinach? Practically imaginary. Great way to disappoint customers at a brand-new store

  This was by far the best tasting papa John’s I’ve even went to. The service and the atmosphere the staff puts up are the friendliest out of restaurants in general. Amazing place, would recommend to everyone who’s looking for great tasting yet cheap pizza
