- TTThe Thanks4 days ago1.0The delivery person extorted us for an extra tip, on top of what we gave on the app. The delivery instructions is to knock on the door, to leave it there, and the woman knocked so hard it woke our kids. Then demanded money and almost entered our house. I tried to remove the tip we gave online, but that’s impossible. The chat is AI only, and the person on the phone is not there to help. I just deleted their app. Never again.

The pizza ended up showing up 3 hours later after the delivery time of 6:23pm and my bank account was charged multiple times. Pizza was cold and when we called to speak to someone at the store no one answered until we called the next day. Manager was very rude and didn’t want to deal with any of our complaints. It will be a very long time before I ever order pizza from Papa John’s, if ever. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
