    I just left the Panera on Yamato in Boca and I had a young man named Mike help me really sweet kid really went above and beyond, but the manager or supervisor on duty Miss Tidmore saw that he was a little behind and instead of coming to ask me if I needed help, she skipped me And went to the Caucasian guy next to me and act as if I was never there Panera bread you need to do better is 2026 yeah I’ll just take my business to popup bagels

    It is my bad i ordered here, previously when i ordered completely veggie sandwich they gave me beef which is utterly disgusting, i would have wrote then this review, but did not as i understand how stressed the job is, but this time my order have missing items so i went back & got, staff didn't even say sorry just gave the items as i mentioned, but still there was a missing item, it is annoying to see this service & never ever returning to this store

    I'm not a panera bread fan. That doesn't mean it isn't good, Its just not my go to place. We went because my kids had a coupon from school. Just purchase the cheapest thing on the menu and redeem a free kids meal.

    I stopped in for lunch and ordered a sandwich, which was delicious and served perfectly hot—no complaints about the food. However, the cleanliness of this particular location was disappointing. It was very difficult to find a clean table, and I ended up walking through nearly the entire restaurant before finding a spot to sit. It may have been the busy lunch rush, but the dining area felt noticeably dirty and in need of more frequent attention. Great food, but the upkeep of the seating area definitely needs improvement.
