  I had such a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Joanna, my server, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me, especially since I was feeling really indecisive and exhausted today. The food was delicious, and the location is so convenient—right next to my house. As a former server myself, I know how hard that job is, so I really appreciated Joanna’s care. My only small concern was that they were still seating people 15 minutes before closing, which, as a former server, I know can be really tough on staff. I just hope they’re supported, because the service was truly top-notch. I’ll definitely be back!

  My husband and I just had a late lunch and it was excellent !! The food absolutely delicious !! The desserts and expresso coffee fabulous !! Our sever was a beautiful young lady I think her name is Ivana not sure. She was amazing !! Highly recommend Pardino’s to family and friends. We will be back again. Thank you Maria C Rojo

  Ordinarily our experience at Padrinos in Boca Raton was positive but we will never return after having gone for dinner this evening. We ordered the chicken soup (Sopa de Pollo) and found a dead bug in the soup that removed and placed on napkin - see pictures. The waiter took away the soup were not charged and said sorry but did not only not receive a visit from manager but a few minutes later saw another patron having been served the same soup !! We warned the other customer on what we had experienced. We are disgusted, remain nauseous of what nearly ate and had difficulty continuing to have our entrees with experience We could not also eat the undercooked nearly raw Churrasco beef skirt steak where we asked for well done in addition to the nausea from what we saw in the soup and lack of management recognition.

  Padrino’s is the place you go for great service and delicious food! Julie at the bar is so attentive, kind, and friendly. She always had a smile on her face and was genuinely interested in how my time at the restaurant was. I also have gotten the pleasure of having Karla as my server. Karla was also very attentive and kind. She gave me great recommendations and she is a great representative of the Padrino’s brand. If you happen to stop by and see Julie at the bar or Karla serving, you are sure to have a splendid time! The empanadas with the garlic aioli is to die for and the Cha Cha Chicken is my overall favorite. I will definitely be going back, especially for their Mojito Tuesdays because their passion fruit mojitos are marvelous. 10/10

  I have been eating at Padrinos since 1990, so for 36 years, I have been a loyal customer. But for the past year, the quality of the food has dramatically declined. They keep messing up my orders even when the receipt is correct, the accuracy of my order is not, and the food is not good. I don't know whats going on, but after 3 times of having my orders made incorrectly and getting gross food in the past year, they lost a long time customer. I've brought this to their attention several times to no avail. The price keeps increasing while the quality is decreasing. It's not worth the money or aggravation anymore.
