    We live very close by and the handful of times we have gone to Morton’s the service has been wonderful, the food tastes awesome always consistent. Our server was Teshua last night and he really deserves to be recognized for his hospitality and pleasant personality and we will be back!

    I had a reservation at 6:30 PM Friday, January 9th. I was excited to come as it was my first time coming here. I arrived slightly late due to traffic and parking issues and confirmed via the automated text that I was still on the way, as instructed. When I arrived, I was not greeted and was met with confused looks from the hosts. Instead of being spoken to professionally, I was addressed in a condescending manner, including dismissive gestures, and told “next time call,” despite already confirming through their system. I asked if there were any other tables available or if we could be seated at the bar and was essentially shooed away with no attempt to assist. When we reached the bar, there were no available seats, and no one offered help or alternatives. We ended up leaving without being seated or served at all. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, the lack of basic hospitality and respect was shocking. I will not be returning.

    Será q esta en Boca , la calidad nada q ver con el precio , mis nietos pidieron una pasta parecía goma , el filete con sabor a quemado y duro , el salmón igual y crudo adentro lo mejor fue la sopa de cebolla y el pan , creo deben mejorar la calidad y con gusto se paga el producto , el jugo de naranja mi nieto no lo tomo y lo probé muy ácido y amargo tenía un sabor extraño

    I made a reservation for 8 p.m We were seated at our table at 8:45 p.m. We were standing outside and inside the restaurant for that long, and I had high heels on. Then the food took so long to arrive at our table that we were hungry and bored. It's expensive for little food. We don't drink alcohol, and paid more than $300 for my husband, my 14-year-old, and myself When we arrived at the restaurant, we had a reservation but unfortunately, the restaurant host and hostess seemed dismissive and did not acknowledge us warmly. It felt as though we were overlooked and my husband and I were treated as if we were not valued as guests. This made our initial experience |ess welcomino than we had hoped. We believe first impressions matter, and a more courteous and respectful greeting would greatly improve the overall guest experience. We also hope the restaurant can improve how reservations are handled as this was disappointing.

    Our night at Morton’s was nothing short of amazing! Visiting from Colorado and craving a great steak, Morton’s absolutely delivered. The ambiance set the perfect tone, the Cajun Ribeye was next-level juicy and flavorful, and the entire staff made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Huge shoutout to our server, Silviu he was fantastic! Super attentive, fun, and full of amazing recommendations that made the night even better. To top it off, the manager stopped by our table and truly made us feel like part of the Morton’s family. Five stars across the board can’t wait to come back! 🥩✨
