Food and service has been on point but I gave atmosphere 4 stars because lately the machines that can take orders has seem to make one lady think her job is not important, by trying send everyone to the machine instead of taking their orders can put a human job at risk. 1 customer fought back and said "NO, I WANT YOU TO TAKE MY ORDER PLEASE" The manager was very polite to his employee and he gently showed the McDonald's employee how to take people order.

The store is very chaotic, which leads to long wait times even when it’s not very busy. On one occasion, I placed an order and was simply never served. Overall, this location seriously needs better management, cleanliness, and organization

You order something, even something small, and they give you a ticket and have you wait in the mobile order parking spots, and you can literally end up sitting there waiting for 15-20 min. All this to potentially make it seem like they're serving at the window faster?
