    I ordered a meal thru the app to pick up at the counter yesterday (12/30/25) at 1:19 pm. I waited for 20 minutes before my meal was finally handed to me. While I was waiting several people came in and were served their food. I tried waving to the manager, but he ignored me, would not even look at me. I understand they were busy, but having to wait 20 minutes while being ignored is just insane. I contacted corporate and they responded at 12:25 am apologizing and assured me the McDonalds location management have been notified. I doubt anything will be done about it.

    I am writing to formally complain about a night-shift employee whose behavior over multiple visits has been unacceptable and unprofessional. He is the tall, heavyset, black dude. On the first night, I came in with a friend to order food. While we were trying to order, fireworks went off from the building next door. The employee immediately accused us of causing a problem with his machine and blamed us for it, despite the fact that we had done nothing and were simply trying to place an order. Being falsely accused like that was inappropriate and uncomfortable. The following night, I returned and once again did not receive my order. This is now two nights in a row where my order was not properly handled. When I attempted to pay using Apple Pay, the employee complained about having to walk a short distance to the card reader and acted irritated the entire time. That frustration should not be taken out on customers. Between the false accusations, repeated failure to give me my order, and consistently hostile attitude, this employee has demonstrated that he should not be working in a customer-facing role. This is not a one-time mistake — it is a pattern. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review this employee’s conduct, and take appropriate disciplinary action. Customers should be able to order food without being blamed, disrespected, or denied service. I expect this issue to be addressed. I will be calling tomorrow.

    I ordered on the mobile app at 12:03 However, when I realized they did not make my order Even though I paid. When I arrived, it wasn’t even busy. I was there for over 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, I was begging and pleading with the cashier and even the manager asking for my mobile order and I Even showed proof that I paid. However, the manager did not believe me and instead told me to quit yelling when I was just speaking over the loud noise because it was busy and the man behind me on speaker. The reason I was talking loudly is because the man behind me Was playing a video on speakerphone. While I should not be yelling at employees the man behind me had his phone on speaker so it was so I could be heard. They kept asking me if I paid for it and I even said that I did. It even showed up on my bank account. The order in question on the attatched below is the wrap ordered 12/6 12:03 PM.

    order here literally every week. order the same thing every time for my son. last week they give us nuggets instead of 4 tenders. this week i check the bag before leaving and they give me 3 instead of 4 it’s not even busy. no excuses. and don’t send a link requiring me to look up and save receipts and store codes. i’m not going to spend an hour over $5 of food. this is NOT customer service. this is BS. tell the store management that the employees are screwing up pick up orders.
