    I ordered extra sauce through the app where is shows that there is no additional charge. I got 2 ranch and 2 honey mustard. There was 1 of each in my bag so I asked for the other 2. The lady at the window gave me another ranch and then I said I needed another honey mustard and she said she would have to charge me. I showed her my order on my phone and she brought it to the manager and she said the same thing. I dont understand.. on the app there is no additional charge to why the heck am I being charged at the window after I already paid and the app shows no charge. That is WRONG! I am EXTREMELY pissed off because this isn't the 1st time. My daughter was missing her sauce with her happy meal as well as her apple slices I PAID EXTRA FOR AND DIDNT RECEIVE!!!!! Horrible customer service and not the first time I had an issue but this is my 1st complaint. I was missing 2 sauces and apple slices from my order and I spent 42 dollars. I couldnt understand the managers name because it was raining hard and I couldnt hear but regardless, I believe a meeting should take place about if an order has extra sauces added to their Mobile Order, it should be correctly put together as it stays 0.00 dollars there! There isnt a sign anywhere that says sauces are extra at the menu OR ANYTHING!!!! If something has a price, the price should be shown on the app as well as the menu. This is not okay what so ever and false advertising since it showed no price when I created my order on the app. I also emailed corporate about this pressing issue because ITS WRONG!!!

    Monday, February 16, 2026, around 10:00 p.m. — drive-thru experience This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. From the very beginning at the drive-thru intercom, the employee’s tone was aggressive, dismissive, and hostile. My partner politely started placing our order in English, and the employee immediately interrupted her, repeatedly saying “I don’t understand” without letting her finish a single sentence. He abruptly told us to move to the window and cut off the intercom while the order was still incomplete. At the window, the situation became even more uncomfortable. The employee continued interrupting, using rude gestures and a challenging tone, forcing my partner to repeat simple words and phrases multiple times, despite the order being very basic (nuggets, combo, drinks, fries). This was not a language issue — the intention was clear — but the way he acted felt deliberately humiliating. At that point, the environment was so hostile that we felt intimidated as customers. We originally wanted to order six combos, but we avoided clarifying details like meal sizes simply because the employee clearly did not want to help us and made us feel unwelcome. What was most disturbing was the clear sense of contempt in the way we were treated. As Latino customers, we genuinely felt that the repeated “I don’t understand,” the gestures, and the aggressive attitude were used to make us feel inferior and uncomfortable for not speaking “perfect” English. It felt discriminatory and deeply disrespectful. To make matters worse, when we politely asked for our drinks with no ice, the response was an aggressive “No, that’s not possible. The machine is automatic and everything comes with ice.” Regardless of whether it was possible or not, the way this was communicated was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I later noticed there are recent reviews describing very similar behavior during the night shift, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern. McDonald’s is a global brand known for consistent service standards. What we experienced that night was the complete opposite and left us feeling humiliated and powerless as customers.

    This location is horrible. The staff is rude when you FINALLY get to interact with them.They will ignore you. Plan on waiting over 20 minutes for your order. If you select Table delivery they will just leave it at the counter anyway. The playland is rarely clean. This evening it was 78 degrees. WhenbI hit the drive through the other day the order taker took 4 orders at the other speaker before checking the speaker I was at. Yes, they ignored me when I said "excuse me" to try to show that we were there. I will not be returning.

    Dennis is a horrible worker. He always has an attitude and is extremely rude! NOBODY likes him. He’s extremely obnoxious for NO reason at all. I came in to use the bathroom 5 minutes before closing time and I was already inside. He blocked me with his entire body attempting to push me out. I complained to the manager Lisa, and says it’s ok that he closed 5 minutes before closing even though he had no valid reason only due to the face that he works “by hisself” at night. That has NOTHING to do with me being inside before closing time. I will be now escalating this incident to higher authority since it could not be handled properly. This guy does not need to work here. Morning shift is blissful, but night shift is an entire nightmare! People flick him off and speed off cursing him all the time because he is rude and doesn’t want to give out orders to uber drivers/customers who have been patiently waiting. This is fast food, not fine dining. There is no excuse for a driver to wait 20-30 minutes for an order. Everyone else does their job whether they have an attitude or not and he should as well.
