My two friends were witnesses. They took photos. I went home - five minutes away and immediately washed my top. It's ruined. I called and spoke with the manager and informed him of the incident. He tried to blame the bartender Francesca - the bartender who is absolutely not at fault. I asked him to send me the video footage per his insistence. Sanja - the manager gave me a bunch of crap about going though insurance and getting a dry cleaing bill. He was very rude and kept overtalking me. You need to fire the Manager Sanja and promote Francesa. Still waiting on a response. Very Frugal!!!! Lastly, the manager did not ask me for my contact information? How is he going to report this to insurance as he informed me? Really, I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday. I have complete documentation.

I won’t be giving them my business again. This spot is tailor-made for the entitled, snobby Boca crowd.
