- KCK ColladoJan 1, 20263.0I understand this is a pizzeria and that cross-contamination is a risk, which is why I went in person a few days before ordering to ask questions and make sure precautions could be taken. I ordered a gluten-free pizza because I have celiac disease. The pizza itself was okay. The person I spoke with was kind and reassuring. When I ordered, I again explained that I have celiac disease and asked that to change their gloves and to use a clean cutter. Although I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, I saw the cook touch the gluten-free dough with the same gloves used for regular pizza. When I pointed this out, I was told, “ Why are you eating here if you are worried?” I understand the e limitations of a pizzeria, but if gluten-free options are offered, basic safety precautions should be respected. Unfortunately, the response made me feel dismissed rather than taken seriously.

If you order by the slice (instead of a whole pie), be ready, because the slices are HUGE. They always have a great 2-slices-and-a-drink special, which is an awesome value. Service was friendly and incredibly fast—our fresh pie was ready in under 15 minutes. Easy parking too, which is a big plus compared to busier spots. The atmosphere has a great vibe: clean, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend for a quick, hassle-free, and delicious pizza experience. And shout-out to Lenny, the owner—great guy! 🍕
