Went there last sunday and sat at the outside bar. Wont do that again. Service was terrible. Weve eaten several times indoors over the past few yrs- love it. Service is usu exemplary! Friendly, quick, perfect! So we tried the outdoor bar and assumed since youre rt there under their noses, service will be fine. U can see them but cant get their attention. Aft our food came out (which was wrong, btw- also, nvr happened indoors to us, but figured, it can happen) no one asked how it was, or if anything else was needed. Waited prob 20 min to see if someone would see if we wanted our check when we finally flagged one down to ask for our check. The bartender clearly perfected her ignore face. We tipped 20% anyway, but wont sit at bar again. We were servers in our past jobs and are familiar w how service should be. They werent harried or too busy- just disinterested.
To first time guests: pls sit indoors or at least dont think the bar service is representative of the table service.

Visited 2/20/26 and our server Sebastian was wonderful. Care was taken to check for allergies and take precautions. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu items and had goo insight for assisting with selection when asked. The wok bowl was tasty, but lacked expected spicy heat. However! Their PB&J burger was AMAZING!
Atmosphere didn't ring any huge bells either way, but their bar did have a nicely whimsical fire hydrant tap that fit the Lazy Dog name perfectly.
Great experience for lunch. Tried to go back for dinner to try more dishes, but their was nonparking in the entire plaza.

Just ate at lazy dog and first of all, I will get it out the way that the food was Really good and I have no complaints. On the other hand, the service was not so good. We Walked in, And I guess there was a little wait time, So We put our name on the menu.
The people at the front desk did not have a welcoming energy. Come to find out, they didn’t spell our name, right, So while people are passing us getting seated Who just walked in, We’re standing there like idiots..
Anyways, I confronted the guy , And he was like OK I’ll seat you. Yeah thanks.
At the table, the server was nice doing her best, but service and coming back occasionally was questionable.. and one time they brought out “our” food and came back and said that it wasn’t our food and had to take it back.
my family and I Were saying the whole time that there’s something off and strange about this place..
And we heard multiple times of Items dropping in the back kitchen, Glass breaking…
Sometimes it felt like they were Emphasizing the “lazy” in “Lazy Dog”…
It was definitely My first and last Time coming here. The aesthetic is cute tho.

We had to wait a long time to seat ourselves party of 10. The host & hostess at the front could have done a better job keeping us updated and not giving mixed messages. Eventually, 20 minutes later, they told us to go seat ourselves or go stand at the outside tables so we did attempt to seat ourselves, but then the young boy host stopped us as we were getting our table together and was rude and spoke to us as if we were in his own living room inconveniencing him in some way. Luckily the manager Sydney came to our rescue and solved the problem. She is obviously great at her job. This was my first time there but I did leave happy. All is well that ends well.

I absolutely loved this place, we had a great server named Sebastian very attentive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit and the manager Sydney was amazing as well, very warm personality and really cared about our service and experience
Our reservation was at 6:15 and we were able to get right in and it was an 1 1/2 hour wait at the time so definitely recommend setting up a reservation for the weekend
All our food options we had were really tasty as well our server Seb recommended the Pie Tin Nachos and the Hot Honey Feta dip our entire table enjoyed those and it was quite filling
I had the Chuckwagon Flat Iron Steak so delish, I got it medium rare and it was cooked great, juicy and flavorful dish
I also tasted the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was unique tasting since there was a Chardonnay in the sauce, my husband really enjoyed his dish
The Southern Fried Chicken salad which came with a honey mustard dressing went really well and complemented the overall dish
My father had the Bison burger and said it was very good as it had sweet elements because of the bacon jam and he really enjoyed the texture of the bison meat and he would recommend and have it again
Since it was my fathers birthday they gave us a complimentary dessert to share, we opted for the brownie and everyone enjoyed that as well, not overly sweet but just right
Overall really recommend this to anyone looking for a great night! Thank you for a special time Lazy Dog!
