I overheard other patrons expressing similar concerns, so perhaps additional training could help. On a positive note, my food was good.

He checked on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. Francisco truly enhanced our dining experience, and we’ll definitely be asking for him again. Outstanding service!

We were originally led to a table by the entrance (a busy walkway for all servers) and we asked for a different table. The hostess said there were no other tables available, while several others were visibly so. She said she had to put us on the waiting list and asked for our names and phone number. I simply asked for any of the other visibly available. Terrible disposition. Totally aloof and distant. The restaurant manager needs to correct this situation.

We had a 630 reservation for seven people and we were seated immediately service was a little slow, but it’s season in Florida and it was also the week between Christmas and New Year’s when all the tourists are in town The restaurant was busy so I’ll give him a pass on this one. The restaurant is big has plenty of seating and the outdoor seating is absolutely beautiful with a nice fireplace just a real warm and cozy vibe. Food was good too. I had blackened shrimp tacos and they were very good and everyone at the table seemed to like what they ordered also. Good prices good vibe. I will definitely be back.

We really appreciated how dog-friendly the establishment is, making it a perfect spot to bring the whole family. The service was top-notch; our server and the entire staff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. We tried a variety of items: Shrimp Tacos & Quesadillas: Both were packed with flavor. Seasoned Chips & Bacon Candy: These were the perfect starters—the bacon candy is a must-try! Huckleberry Tea: Refreshing and unique. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to returning and trying more items from their extensive menu!
