  Man when I tell you it took a lot for me to come write a review, but the fact that I’m going to a store almost all the time when I need lunch and get treated like I’m unwanted or unwelcome then my food is being made terribly. This guy the manager was minding his own business and literally it’s not even busy in the store. The guy that usually helps me out that makes my food correctly. Was originally making my food then Kenny for some reason came and took over and just destroyed My sandwich made it real sloppy and I don’t know why he did that every time I go into the store he has this angry look on his face as if I either made him mad or he just doesn’t want to be there. It sucks to even feel like that I’ve been coming to Jimmy Johns as a kid and an employee told me it was the employee Kenny, but it was actually the manager

  I asked for a sandwich with light mayo and toasted. Took my order to go and discovered a soaking wet sandwich that was not toasted upon unwrapping.

  They don't deliver across the railroad tracks to the neighborhoods. Only the business area immediately surrounding this place. If it's on the way, I'll stop by and pick something up, app always works great if you're picking up, delivery only if you happen to be in their immediate service area.
