He didn't even have the patience to let me read the menu and rushed me and I ended up with something I didn't really want. Also, the lack of flavor in my bowl was compensated by too much sugar. I couldn't eat it and just wasted $12.

The Jamba website says they were supposed to be open at 7:00am, but it wasn't open when we showed up at 7:54am. More than that, no one was even inside when we showed up. I'd expect a store to be open when they say they're supposed to be open, or place a note on the door saying why otherwise.

Before I went Inside he stood up and walked in front of me as I opened The door. With no thank you or anything. He was actually a worker there. He took my order, I gave my change as a tip and no thank you or have a good day or anything. Just took his phone and walked back outside to text. The young lady that made my smoothie was so sweet and her customer service was amazing. I was there for about 30mins and the whole time the kid sat outside texting without coming in once to see if his coworker needed help with anything.
