My wife got the tasty turkey and they got her sandwich correct but it had residue of chipotle sauce on the sandwich and she has IBS. Not a good experience. Service is very slow.

I do love Einstein Bros Bagels so I do not want other customer to experience the same thing. So, Manager, if you see this post, please do talk with your staff. The lady (in red on 11/2/2025 at about 1 pm) who helped me order seemed not in a good mood, maybe because I confirmed my customization several times with her but I did need to repeat 3 times about my customized bagel selection of a sandwich before I see correct items on the screen. She also needed help from another lady (who were much better) to correct order the 'make it a meal' option. After a wait, I got the hashbrown, which is, sadly, cold inside. It is warm when I touch it but I can tell it is not warmed up properly when I bite it. The tables I used is too far from clean either, bagel crumbs on the table and straw packages on the floor. There are some good things, honestly, I tried your OJ the first time and it feels natural and tastes good! The spinach bagel is also good! I really hope the manager can see this can make sure the customer experience can align with the quality of the food.
