What’s most frustrating is that they only began making my food after I arrived, treating it like a walk-in order instead of an online one—completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. I was on a time crunch and ended up being late for work. The service was extremely unprofessional, the food quality was not up to par, and the experience overall was disappointing. If the store can’t handle online orders, they shouldn’t accept them. I won’t be returning.
