She was extremely rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t even busy, yet she completely forgot multiple orders (mine and someone I was with). She also had her AirPods in while working, which probably explains why she didn’t notice that she hasn’t made our food. When I kindly asked about our garlic bagel that we’d been waiting over 20 minutes for, she blamed us for choosing to sit outside even though we kept coming inside every few minutes to check and could clearly see the counter. It took her over 15 minutes just to make a coffee and more than 20 minutes for a single bagel. I love this location and the rest of the team is always amazing, but Vera made this visit really disappointing. Hopefully management addresses this, because the service today was completely unacceptable.
