He was genuinely friendly and welcoming, going out of his way to make everyone feel valued. It’s rare these days to meet someone who greets you with such kindness and energy. Coming here didn’t feel like being “just another customer” — Jonathan made it feel personal, like you actually matter. To whoever hired him, hats off to you. If more businesses had employees like Jonathan, they’d see happier customers and a lot more success

One counter staff is all over the place and RUDE beyond my comprehension; no eye contact, almost ignored. (I do get my order.) The other counter people appear to be drifting along, not polite or good customer service. (I still get my order thanks to the guys in the kitchen area-THEY are nice and polite.) Can someone please review good customer service with the current counter staff?
