We’re regular customers — our child absolutely loves your sweets — but we’ve had ongoing issues with the staff. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to make customers not want to come back. Their attitude is careless, and they always seem unhappy to be there. It’s disappointing, because the products are great, but the service ruins the experience every time.
