  I will write this from a professional standpoint. As a customer I can deal with bad customer service as long as I get what I want even though I hustle. Which I did here in this location but people won’t and I might just choose to go to another location just to save brain power. Everything looks clean and organized but nobody is smiling, smiling aside they don’t say hi, bye, thank you. Anyway. Probably they don’t get paid enough. They made a mistake on my order last week and this week while no busy. They fixed it immediately though. The thing that bothers me the most though is just they speak so loudly each other in another language and laugh so hard, I sat having my breakfast I jumped when one of them screamed laughing 😅😅 it was a facepalm situation. I sat 30 min, nonstop was like that.

  Showed up after putting an order in online and they were closed . I told them to cancel my order, but she would not even come to the door she just held up the number six with her hands. I tried explaining what was going on.And she just pointed to the clock. The app let me put in an order while the store was closed and they would not refund me or even talk to me.They would just point to the clock with another half an hour to go. Extremely rude.I even tried to tell them, but they didn't understand english.This is completely ridiculous.I am now out of my money, And I cant even get it back

  Employees are rude. They “act” like they don’t see you, and when you say “Excuse me!..” - they reply: “Can’t you see I’m doing something? I’m busy!”.. they move slow and when I asked about a price for one of the items at the counter (book) they said: “I don’t know”. Had to leave.

  We’d really like to reach out to the owner of this business. We’re regular customers — our child absolutely loves your sweets — but we’ve had ongoing issues with the staff. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to make customers not want to come back. Their attitude is careless, and they always seem unhappy to be there. It’s disappointing, because the products are great, but the service ruins the experience every time.
