During a very busy morning rush they have a person with a lack of training trying to navigate the register without success & then being pretty nasty because she was frustrated. My drink order is great one day & horrible the next. My breakfast sandwich was incorrect & during my most recent visit the jelly donuts were stale. No excuse!

I stood in line twenty minutes and had three customers in front of me leave due to the snails pace. They never greet you here or say, sorry we are backed up a little please be patient. While this is a fast food entry level job, there should still be some level of professionalism and respect towards customers. Had this boy ( because he acted like an immature 9 year old) acted respectfully and nicely to me there would have been no issue. But instead he was rude and thought it was funny. Hope he learns because if he continues with the attitude he has now he won’t amount to much in life.
