  Went in earlier in the day for a sandwich and the everything was burnt and the chicken was ice cold. Almost impressive to even accomplish that. Went later for a couple of coffees and was asked "hot or cold?" I said hot. Was told they dont have any hot because they close in 15 minutes. So i said cold. Was told they dont have that either. Whoever owns this place should be embarrised. This place is a joke.

  We’ve been coming here for years. And it was actually just reversed and looks really night. Has more of an open concept now and all the seating is on the side and the middle is open for standing. Only issue I see with this is there is no “line” Persay so people can stand all over and cut each other if not paying attention. The owner show def put the line railings back up, it would help create more direction for people coming in, and people waiting for online/uber orders. Food was great this last time we went. And the staff was friendly. I just love the coffee here and the ice tea! My kids do bagels and doughnuts! So happy they brought back the French crullers! My daughter just loves them! We sat inside as usually we take out, and it was nice, especially with the new tables and chairs! We will be back for sure!!

  This is absolutely the worst dunking donuts in south Florida!! Their service is horrible the staff has an attitude like they don’t care and the food serve is not serve as advertised or sold. I ordered 2 avocado toast one with bacon and a bacon egg cheese wrap, the toast was served cold not even toasted at all the bacon on the toast one little piece tossed in the box not even on the toast! And the wrap cheese wasn’t even melted?!! I went back to get it corrected and the gave me black burnt toast at this point the management at this location is so disconnected with their store and have no sense of what’s going on there I’ve been going here for years and the last year or so the few times I’ve been there is always an issue not coming back again and I would suggest you avoid it too!

  Waited 25 mins for my kids order. I would’ve waited more if I didn’t ask for the status of my order. They completely skipped my order and completed about four of them from people that were after me. Nice kids working there but management should do a better job training them.
