The cashier didn’t take my order correctly, and the donuts were stale. I even asked if they were closing down soon because the place felt so neglected. Definitely not what I expect from Dunkin’. Feels like they have given up.

She still had a great attitude, amazing service and was very apologetic about the wait. I don’t know her name but she deserves praises. And for whoever does the scheduling no employee should be left by themselves as someone who also works in food service. Thank you!

My frozen coffees would no longer be frozen by the time it reached me.... but I enjoy coming here these days. That new girl, Mimi is spot on. Working hard and making sure her customers are happy. Someone made my drink sloppy the other day and when I complained to her, she immediately fixed it for me. Of course there was the "what seems to be the problem miss"... And then when I explained the weird round black specks throughout my cup she apologized profusely and fixed me a new drink. I left a happy lady! If you go in, ask for her. She'll get your caffeine and hydration right!!
