  I often drink coffee here. But the taste of coffee has changed since a few days ago. Latte also tastes very weak, and I ordered a large iced coffee today, but it still tastes too weak. The coffee color is too soft. Has the amount of coffee changed? Is the taste different for each person working? If it's like this, $6 a cup is a waste. You'll have to review the coffee recipe again and use the exact amount of coffee like other branches.

  Absolutely Unacceptable – Do NOT Go to This Location This location is a complete mess. Customers are overcharged, argued with, and disrespected, and management is nowhere to be found. I came in to buy 6 donuts, a medium iced coffee, and apple juice. After paying, I asked for two brownie donuts and was told they were $3+ EACH. That is ridiculous. I had bought the exact same brownie donuts the day before at the Pembroke Pines location and paid $3.40 for TWO TOTAL. When I questioned the price, the employee (her name Hana ) did not try to explain or help—she argued with me and told me I had to buy extra donuts. I clearly said I only wanted 6 donuts, yet she tried to charge me over $7 for just two donuts. When I asked for a refund since I did not receive what I ordered, she refused and said the manager was not there. I was told to “come back tomorrow.” That is NOT how you treat paying customers. I didn’t get my money back I immediately went to another location, bought the same donuts same order for a lower price, and confirmed this store is overcharging. I returned and showed the employee the donuts and the receipt proving the lower price. Instead of fixing the issue, she asked to take a picture of my receipt. When I refused and said I would call corporate, she said “I don’t care, do whatever you want to do.” I did contact the corporate office, and they are now aware of this situation and will be addressing this mess. This place has price inconsistencies, no accountability, no manager on site, and extremely rude staff. If you value your money or basic respect, avoid this location completely and go literally anywhere else. Check both photos of the receipt’s date and the time same order .
