Lately, in the last two weeks, I have been charged a different amount for a medium hot coffee. $3.09, $3.11, 3.20 and now $3.18. I brought it to the girls attention at the window as I always go through the drive thru. She rudely printed out a receipt showing that the price is $3.18. Today - 1-30-26, I brought my CC receipts showing otherwise and the woman had the nerve to argue with me. Really? It's not the few cents, it's the principle. This is not the first time I have had issues with charging me incorrectly. A few times, I had to bring in my Wells Fargo statement to show that they were charging me twice at a time. Also, whatever happened to good old customer service? Now they shove that stupid handheld CC machine to run your card and it always asks for a tip. Hello? I am at the drivethru. Plus, it's full of germs. I use a napkin to press the buttons. If you want a machine to do all your work, find another career. BEWARE!
