But there's another worker who sees me standing by the online order pick up, she doesn't say anything to me at all and it's literally lady at the front that's helping everyone else that had to come and assist me because the other worker there doesn't know how to greet people and check to see what they may need assistance with.

And every single time when I get there my order my order is NEVER ready or they keep the food orders held hostage behind the counter and of course they do not pay attention to ppl coming to pick up mobile orders so I’m usually standing there waiting for someone to hand me my order. Every time I come I am dissatisfied!!! I am changing to another location even if I have to drive farther. I DO NOT recommend this location!!!!
