On top of that, the portions were terrible—far smaller than what Chipotle normally serves, especially considering the price. I had to repeatedly ask for reasonable amounts, and even then it felt like everything was being rationed out. The only positive thing I can say is that the food itself tasted okay once I finally got it. Unfortunately, decent-tasting food doesn’t make up for bad service and skimpy portions. Customer service matters, and this location seriously missed the mark.
