Tonight while standing in line I witnessed two different employees adjust their hats/wipe their faces with gloves on and did not change their gloves after. That was enough for me to walk out and never return.

We arrived expecting a pleasant meal, but instead encountered multiple issues related to cleanliness and staff attentiveness that I believe require your immediate attention. On arrival no one greeted us. Several tables in the dining area were filthy, and the drink station was unsanitary. Members of your staff used the drink station but did not take basic steps to tidy or maintain it. When I asked the cashier to have a table cleaned for my family, an employee cleaned only our table and left other tables in disarray. At one point another customer had to take a napkin and wipe down a table and seating area for her children while staff members observed without offering assistance. I have attached a few photographs that document the conditions we experienced.

She asked me to move to the side as I was trying to close the container of sour cream that was closed correctly. Not even 2 seconds pass and she said it again but this time very rude. I told her I heard her the first time and she gave me a look like she wanted to cuss me out. No one should be spoken like that especially when you asked for the dressing at the start of your order.
