- ESEd Strife4 days ago5.0This pairing is fantastic. Four courses, not small and al delicious. Our host was Ben, he takes time to talk to everyone. The pairing drink with each course is very good, just wish they were a little bigger, they average about 2 ounces.

After being sat at our table, a server came by within two minutes to let us know our server would come by to take our order. 25 minutes later, nobody showed up. When asked to speak to a manger, the server miraculously showed up, and explained to the server that initially acknowledged us that he assumed we were already taken care of and thought we had salads at our table. Not sure how this assumption was made being that he never walked by our table to acknowledge us or introduce himself. After this experience, I can clearly see why this location was close to empty. Definitely won’t be visiting this location again.

Our waiter never acknowledged us. His helper advised us he would be serving us and brought bread and soft drinks at 8:05. By 8:22 and seeing our waiter provide service to a table of what looked like friends about 10 feet away from us and not turnaround once to acknowledge us. Told me that we should not accept service from this restaurant. My wife went to have a discussion with the manager as we walked out. And the waiter stated he thought we were being served by his helper as he thought he saw salads. Which is very difficult to believe he saw being that he never looked at our table. In the climate of the world today. I find it important to give credit to the people in the food industry when warranted. But this is NOT one of those times. I will not spend my hard earned money any place that does not work just as hard to earn it.
