Niya was our server and to my surprise our lunch did not go well today. To start, she didn’t seem very open to me ordering a different dressing than the one that originally comes with it. She definitely has a very unpleasant look on her face. She never came back to check on us until it was time to pay the bill. Another couple came in and stood there while she continued talking to a customer she knew. So unprofessional and unfair to customers. Doudley, who was not our server came over and assisted us the whole time we were there. After she took my card she brought it back and just sat it on the table and mumbled something. This was the most unpleasant experience I have had at Nordstrom. I have been coming to Bazille for years and years. I have visited the one at Merrill Village about 5 or 6 times. This was a very unpleasant experience by far the worst I’ve experienced at this restaurant. She definitely needs some training and an attitude adjustment immediately. This will not stop me from visiting Bazile restaurant because I like it there. But if you don’t want your dining experience ruined I recommend you to not sit in her area period.
