  This goes out to Emma! This is my second review for Bagels With Deli, and this one is about integrity. Two visits ago, they completely messed up my order. It happens, especially at a place that’s always absolutely slammed with lines out the door. When I brought it up, they immediately told me they’d replace it anytime. No hassle, no attitude. Life got busy and I honestly forgot about it. Then today when I walked in, I remembered they owed me one. I mentioned it and sure enough, without a single question or hesitation, they honored their word. Not only that, I offered to pay for something else (½ lb of chicken salad), and Emma, who helped me said, “It’s on us. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I insisted on paying and she still wouldn’t let me. I already loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service, especially considering how busy they always are. The team is constantly moving, everyone doing their job with a smile, even when the place is packed. But this one act? That’s what creates loyalty. I happily left a generous tip and can confidently say they’ve got a customer for life. Special shoutout to Emma, thank you for standing behind your word and going above and beyond. That kind of service matters. Here's to many more lunches because of you!

  I've been a long time customer of your Linton location and while I've always had a good experience there. I must rave about your new Boca location. The place was so clean. The employees were on top of everything and I had the pleasure of speaking to your manager John who runs a really tight ship. He is on top of everything and incredibly gracious and knowledgeable. You have a gem in him do whatever you can to keep him. . P.s. for a Jewish deli, why don't you have chopped liver?

  The bagels are terrible. They taste like any old bread. And the salads are bland and have little flavor. Stay away from the chicken salad and the Mac salads. Wraps are tasty. I like them but the bagels and salads don’t compare to Way Beyond Bagel. Also the cream cheese lacks flavor.

  First time here at this location! Heather was a doll! What a sweet gal! And loved the iced coffee! Please buy Elmhurst Coconut milk. The veganmilk options you have are not great but what a staff! And the prices are good!
