  First of all bagels are excellent. However customer service leaves something to be desired. Much diff experience in store versus delivery as delivery seems to always be small portions. Additionally, please be wary with delivery orders - every single delivery order is always missing an item or incorrect( has happened at least 5 times). Please be more thorough and send the correct orders out. Want to keep supporting bc food is great … but difficult when there’s some issue every time.

  Bagel Boss in Boca is insanely good. The second you walk in, you’re hit with that fresh-baked bagel smell that instantly tells you you’re in the right place. The staff is super friendly, fast, and you can tell they actually care about getting your order perfect. The bagels themselves? Next level. Perfectly chewy, perfectly crisp, and packed with flavor. Their spreads are fresh, their sandwiches are stacked, and everything tastes like real New York quality—right here in Boca. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast, treating yourself after the gym, or picking up a bunch for the office, this place never misses. It’s honestly the best bagel spot around. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re absolutely sleeping on something great. Highly recommend! 🥯🔥

  Food is amazing! Definitely want to come back! And the staff is so fun and energetic, especially the girl with the Christmas hat and red hair. They made me laugh the whole time!

  Sorry excuse for a New York bagel spot. The Bagels are ok but for some reason every time I walk down from my office and get food here, they can never get it right. On multiple occasions I've had to go back because the order was completely wrong. On numerous occasions I've also seen other customers with the same frustrations. You should plan on waiting about 10-15 min for a bagel with cream cheese. The employees here are the most incompetent bunch I have ever encountered.
