  Bagels keep me coming back but the service has declined. Staffing levels have declined. Today’s staff slow and one dressed in an insanotary way.

  We placed an online order and they got the bagel order wrong. Further, we had to remind them that we had ordered cream cheese which they fogot to put in our bag. In Boca Raton we are fortunate to have plenty of options for bagels, so I doubt we would return here as they did not make a very good first impression. The staff appeared unorganized and scattered.

  With so many options now this place is in the middle of the pack. I went the other day and got a nice bagel, loaded with lox cc. When I went in today, got home and opened the package, there was barely any cream cheese on my $7 bagel. They are not consistent and I will not be back.

  Had a great experience at Bagel Boss in Boca Raton this morning in what could have been a major disaster. When I got there (at no fault of theirs I learned) there was no electricity. The manager was incredible. He had a handheld that he was using to take orders with someone writing the orders by hand next to him and handing off to the workers behind them - literally starting on the order as the customer was saying it. By the time the customer took out his credit card or apply pay, the order was pretty much ready. Kudos to the whole team - especially the manager - for making a possibly impossible issue a non-issue.   Now that’s a good bagel! Tried it for the first time, nice large bagel. Plenty of different types of cream cheeses, multiple tuna and egg salad options, plus your typical breakfast sandwiches. Not too crazy expensive like some other places have become. A little chaotic on the entry with two lines neither marked, but that’s a bagel place! Recommended.
