- MTMichael TMar 28, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this location. When I arrived around 6:45 PM on a Saturday, there were only two employees working. My friend and I entered calmly and quietly placed an order for 10 munchkins using the tablet. Shortly after, around 6:50 PM, the employees (one blonde with many piercings and one with a beanie) began following us around and repeatedly telling us to leave, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My friend who has a severe claustrophobia felt very uneasy and began to hyperventilate. We were not causing any disturbance, so this behavior felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When our order was finally ready, it was handed to us in a rude manner. We weren’t even sure if the order was ours, so we politely asked for clarification. Instead of responding respectfully, the employees raised their voices and told us to take the food and leave. To make matters worse, the munchkins tasted stale and poorly prepared. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and unpleasant from start to finish. I would not recommend visiting this location.

- BBbeccaJan 9, 20265.0this is the best dunkin ever HANDS DOWN. the staff is always so welcoming, cares about their customers, and not to mention are the only dunkin in the area that knows how to perfectly craft the shaken espressos. i work at starbucks and i clock out of my shift and drive straight to this dunkin just because it makes me so happy. palmetto dunkin you’ll forever be famous to me 🙏🏼🥳 thank you guys <3
