- LVLa Vida3 days ago1.0I purchase 6 dollar menu & when check my account noticed they charged me 7.99 . It looks the cashier is adding her tip to the total balance. You have to be very careful and ask for receipt.
- TTTiaMar 31, 20261.0Worst dunkin I've ever been to!! yesterday 03/30/2026 around 7:33/7:40am there was a guy working there (tall black guy), he gave me my food with an attitude and not sure if he was having a bad morning but I ordered water but didn't get it when I received my food so I let him know I ordered water, he turned around, didn't respond to me then a minute later while I was waiting to ask someone else, he turned to me and said as loud as he could in front of everyone(I was so embarrassed because all I said was "I ordered a bottle of water) " THE FRIDGE IS IN THE CORNER, THE WATER IS IN THE FRIDGE IN THE CORNER" HE REPEATEDLY REPEATED IT OVER AND OVER!!!! I've never been to that location nor have I ever ordered a bottle of water from Dunkin so I truly didn't know it was in the fridge... My morning started off great that day, I was in such a good mood when I walked in there but I left so unhappy and unsatisfied... I threw my food in the garbage because after that, I didn't have the appetite to eat anymore!!!!! Such a horrible morning experience with that guy! Sucks I didn't get his name!

Placed order on kiosk, then people in line after we placed our order are getting theirs and walking out. We just ordered 2 donuts/ bagel bites and a cold brew. This was Sunday morning on 3/8/26. Just go straight to the line and avoid the kiosk if you have no choice and have to go here.

Waited for 30 min, watched people walk in after me order, get their breakfast sandwich coffee and leave. Ridiculous wait for just donuts.
