  Training new people didn't get the order right.Didn't give them a hard time, just left with what I had.

  This is the worst Dunkin" Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life! I've loved donuts since I was a child. I'm 61 now And have traveled the world. When I entered This store the atmosphere was one of being so cavalier That I wondered was everyone on break. I assume she was the manager Because she spoke to the employees in such a derogatory manner. It was so unprofessional in front of customers. Speaking of which, there were very few of us. Now I know why. The food was Atrocious! My Sandwich wasn't heated through But yet the corners of my cheese were hard as if they sat out Or We're exposed to air for an Extended period of time. It took forever to prepare my cup of coffee. I asked for a Caramel latte and it tookLike 3 or 4 people to make it. That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for my money back and there seemed to be a problem in doing That. I'm now headed north in my travels but Needless to say I will never visit the store again in life.

  The short lady who says she's the owner is always yelling at the guests, the employees, she's unbelievably rude for the forefront of the store. I ordered the $6 meal. My hashbrowns were soggy, my egg was still cold, and bacon undercooked, my bagel was hard. My coffee was wrong, seems like they make it a different way each time I come. I asked the lady to fix my coffee and she ignored me, I started to get angry until another employee expressed she doesn't speak English. What happened to this Dunkin Donuts? I'll be going elsewhere. Not up to the standards and friendlie experience I'm used to. The donuts to be put on the rack were set on the trash can. No thanks!! Too many DD to deal with being yelled at, charged more, wrong drinks and crappy food.

  STAY AWAY- STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY Extremely disappointed with Dunkin’ Donuts. The prices have become completely unreasonable compared to other Dunkin donut stores and coffee shops. You’re paying premium prices for products that are average at best. There is absolutely no justification for charging this much when nearby local bakeries offer fresher donuts and better coffee for significantly less. It honestly feels like customers are being taken advantage of simply because of the brand name. The value just isn’t there anymore. Instead of continuing to raise prices, Dunkin’ should seriously consider lowering them and focusing on quality and fair value for customers. If these pricing issues continue, I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate because this kind of pricing compared to local competition is unacceptable. Until something changes, I absolutely do not recommend Dunkin’ and suggest supporting local donut shops that actually provide better quality and fair prices.

  Was very disappointing this morning with the service staff was talking about customers my order was messed up. Poor customer service will never return back to this place again dining room area was disgusting. The manager was very rude. It is hurting the company and losing customers.
