  I've been going to this dunkin daily since they opened. The customer service is amazing. I've only had 1 order mess up and they immediately rectified it. My latte was fixed and the experience was absolutely amazing. Every employee I've encountered has been sooooo amazing.

  This is a new Dunkin and I’m not impressed. I have gone twice now first in drive through did not go so well. Person taking my order was yelling at other workers while taking my order then it was all wrong. Today I went in and ordered but it was wrong again asked for bacon got sausage. My husband asked for sausage egg and cheese and go no cheese. There is nowhere to sit only 4 tables available for such a big shop. Hope others have a better experience. The employees were happy and nice. I didn’t bring it back because I went home to eat it due to nowhere to sit.

  Has gotten my order wrong/forgotten an item every single time I’ve gone which is around 5-6. Even when the owner/manager was running the window. They didn’t see my order so I had to show them my phone with the correct location once and then they still forgot a donut. I hope they can get better.

  So happy this location has opened up. It’s convenient, the staff is all friendly, kind and welcoming. Kat is a huge part of why I keep coming back! She’s personable, funny, great customer service and is just overall the exact kind of person you want to see starting your day. She’s also the best person to have at the window! There are many other great people who work here. I hope they all make a living wage and are treated well here. The job market and customer service jobs are tough to fill with great people, this location just so happens to have an incredible staff.
