  After 100+ visits and always ordering the exact same chicken bowl, I had the most baffling customer service experience of my life. When I got to checkout, my total was ~$3 higher than usual. I asked why, and the cashier said it was rung up as double chicken. I explained that wasn’t what I ordered, and wasn’t what I received - just one scoop, as always. Instead of correcting it, the cashier consulted the employee who made the bowl, who said he “thought” he made it with double chicken. (He didn’t) What followed was three employees literally removing the lid and getting eye level with my bowl - staring at the chicken beneath the sour cream, cheese, and pico - to try and determine how many cubes of chicken were in there. After this investigation, they concluded it “looked like” double chicken. I thought I must’ve been on some prank show. Unfortunately, I wasn’t. Their solution was to throw the bowl away and remake it if I didn’t want to pay for double. I told them to go ahead and remake it. Eventually they charged me the correct price. I don’t care about $3. It’s the principle. I was treated like I was a liar and a thief, over food I’ve gotten here consistently for years without a single issue. Going forward, I will inconvenience myself to make sure I avoid this location like the plague.

  I went to Chipotle for the first time in my life. I've tasted Chipotle before, but never went to one and ordered. I never cared for it in general. Wife is out of town, I decide to order some food from Chipotle. I'll be honest, I was not impressed.. The food prep area was a disaster, the counters and tables were dirty, the trash cans were full, it was not that busy at all, there were plenty of people standing around doing nothing but joking and laughing. Yes, some were making the food and busy but many others not so much.. Time to lean, time to clean! The food was ok.. Overall, I'm good, once was enough... Good luck!

  Worst chips I've ever received from Chipotle. Covered in an obscene amount of salt — had to throw them out after three chips. On top of that, the portion was embarrassingly small for a large. Completely unacceptable.

  I used to come to this particular place (One of my favorites). It had been a while since I visited, and yesterday I was really disappointed. They charged me extra for protein, but the portion fell really really short. I ended up paying $20 for a bowl and left hungry. I won't be coming back. Sorry
