- LJLee Johnson4 days ago2.0I usually love Chick-Fil-A. Over the last month the service has declined. The best reason to go there is so you don’t need to check your bag before you leave, cause you know they got the order right. Over the last 5-6 weeks at this location, more often than not I get home with no condiments in my bag for my order. Nothing worse than ordering a delicious chicken sandwich, to then eat it dry, no condiments:( so sad. I’ve never had an issue except for this specific location. Don’t turn into every other fast food location. I choose to pay a premium for quality and service. I love not having to check my bag. Please don’t have me start check it!

We complimented him and he gave praise to the manager that hired him , got him a peppermill and fresh flowers for the dining room. We were traveling through and thought we’d stop for a quick bite. I wish this was my hometown Chick-fil-A, I’d go to see Martin everyday. What a bright light in a dark world.
