  New York bagel in South Florida? What could be better! Amazing staff. My kids keep begging to come back. David made me feel like family.

  I occasionally stop in get a few bagels to go and a 1/4 lb. of their lox cream cheese. Both are excellent, however today the young lady taking my order decided she gave me too much cream cheese and took a big scoop back out of the container. Really?

  The service was friendly but seemed chaotic as they were preoccupied with training a new employee and correcting wrongly made orders for some patrons dining in. My confidence was not helped while waiting for my order when seeing a cockroach on my napkin, (for some weird reason the utensils and napkins are located on top of the trash can). The food itself was cooked well but utterly tasteless, a pinch of salt or even any seasoning in my "classic egg burrito" would have been a nice touch!? (I'm not being harsh, it literally tasted of oil) Overall unimpressed, I regret spending my money at this establishment, and would not return while it maintains this lack of basic quality.

  We placed an online order and they got the bagel order wrong. Further, we had to remind them that we had ordered cream cheese which they fogot to put in our bag. In Boca Raton we are fortunate to have plenty of options for bagels, so I doubt we would return here as they did not make a very good first impression. The staff appeared unorganized and scattered.
