He offered a free sample of anything we wanted to try and did such a great job explaining each ice cream and he answered every question we had. Please if you’re a manager seeing this give Alex a raise or something to show how much you appreciate his work! And if you’re Alex reading this, thank you you made our night!

When I tried to ask about a flavor, the employee snapped at me like I was an idiot for even asking. It got worse when I politely asked for her name to report the awful behavior, and she flat-out refused, giving me this smug look like she was untouchable. The whole vibe was hostile, and it ruined what should’ve been a simple ice cream stop. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a shop before. I’m done with this location—plenty of other places serve ice cream without the attitude. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
