- ASann shahSep 24, 20251.0My experience at Baskin Robbins was straight-up infuriating. The staff was beyond rude—they acted like complete jerks the entire time. When I tried to ask about a flavor, the employee snapped at me like I was an idiot for even asking. It got worse when I politely asked for her name to report the awful behavior, and she flat-out refused, giving me this smug look like she was untouchable. The whole vibe was hostile, and it ruined what should’ve been a simple ice cream stop. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a shop before. I’m done with this location—plenty of other places serve ice cream without the attitude. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.
- NBNatalie BartkiewiczJun 1, 20221.0Very poor customer service tonight we were literally the only car in the drive threw we made a very simple order they didn’t have a dipped waffle cone but told us they had a waffle cone so ok no big deal we proceeded to the window for them to not even have our order in there system so they had to retake the order they then tell us to pull up to the front door so that their window times don’t get long so alright we pull up and are waiting then the shift leader comes out and tells us they don’t have waffle cones i state but we already paid.. she compromises and gives me an extra scoop so ok fine then when they finally bring out the ice cream they don’t bring straws or spoons the shift leader threw a dollar into my car and said I’d say iam sorry but iam not so then I go inside to get spoons and straws so my daughter and husband can enjoy there ice cream and I hear the shift lead say I don’t understand what’s up she didn’t know I came back in and so I told her what was up and how I was very disappointed in the customer service tonight she continued to argue and be very rude she refused to give me her name probably in fear of getting a review but who ever was the shift lead tonight 6/01 6pm absolutely has horrible customer service

Those kids and I emphasize on kids working there have the absolute worst attitudes. They not only give you attitude for just asking them to do their job i.e give us ice cream because it's a Baskin Robbins they don't listen and are absolutely disrespectful. Just stay away from the place it's awful they don't even know how to make waffle cones!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
