  So my wife ordered a deal online that came with a 2 liter. We decided on Dr. Pepper, she got there and they were out of Dr. Pepper and instead gave her (2) 20 oz Dr. Peppers which only adds up to 40 oz of beverage. A 2 liter is equal to about 67 oz of beverage. I called the store and talked to someone named Erica or Ericka. Asked to talk to a manager, was not afforded that opportunity. I told the Erica lady that "you guys are ripping my wife off" she said "she understood" Well if you understood then you would go back to your manager and explain this and CORRECT them so they had the opportunity to do the right thing instead of making that Papa Johns location an embarrassment. So just a recap, (2) 20oz bottles of soda DO NOT equal a 2 liter of soda. They refused to make it right, will not return. This location apparently deems it ok to rip customers off. In this day and age with prices like this? What ever happened to doing honest business?

  Horrible service. I went to another store because the workers ignored me for 20 mins after I tried to get their attention. They looked at me mumbled something to me and then had me wait the rest of 10 minutes more before I left. They had music blaring foul profanities, and all I wanted was to buy a 2ltr. They need an overhaul of workers, and management.

  Been at this location twice in the last month and was over charged each time compared to the many times i have been to this location in the last year. Young people with bad attitudes on top of that. Been to same company in Inverness and was not charged as much just usal price i have always payed. Why is this place charging more than other Papa John locations???? Also no one answers the phone to take your order so you don't have to wait when you come to pick up your food.

  Service was ok but what the heck is this. I ordered the papa bites. Where’s the garlic sauce. That really makes the dish. I even called and had them replaced cause it wasn’t made correctly and they sent out the same thing. All the other locations make it waaaay better. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  We ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks.They were overcooked and cold. We asked for 1/2 mushroom but you could count them on one hand the number of mushrooms, very disappointing. This is not our first time we have gotten pizzas but these were the worst ever. Also very little sauce like they are skimming to save money at the cost of customer service. Might try Dominos.
