  i accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong store. a worker literally met me and gave me my food so i didn’t have to cancel & wait 3 days for a refund. truly amazing customer service. god bless that girl! she was awesome!!! great customer service! they will always get my service thank you.

  Horrible food, dirty food station, employee has no proper food service training, way over priced for the quality of food you get and they were out of deli meats

  Shout out to Maddy! I ordered through door dash and didn’t get the option to toast my sandwich. I called and she went above and beyond.I wasn’t expecting her to wrap it extra so it’ll get to me warm. (Currently pregnant) so I need the ham extra toasted for safety reason). And she didn’t complain one bit. You’re awesome and last time I was there the tall guy was very kind too (I’m sorry I don’t know his name). So far great service both times.

  I came in here sometime last week and then again last night. Same guy took my order twice, he’s the bigger guy with a ginger beard. I cannot remember his name on his name tag. Which is ironic because he has a great memory. He looked at me and knew instantly what I wanted! He was patient and alone. I ordered 4 subs and he was quick and got them done. What I noticed is he always tells me to drive safe and I like that. I will be coming here more often!
