When I received my HOT coffee it was in a plastic cup meant for cold beverages. I told the lady at the drive thru (curly hair) that I wanted it in a hot a cup and she replied “Why”? I said because that is a cold beverage cup and I don’t want the plastic taste in my coffee. She proceed to give me an attitude and tried to dump the coffee from the plastic cup to the hot beverage cup which defeats the purpose. I expressed that I wanted it to be remade and she really gave me an unnecessary hard time over it. With the constant back and forth and bad attitude she could have remade it easily by then. I did state I was willing to get my money back and go somewhere else but she refused and finally remade it. I guess she was irritated enough that she didn’t put any sugar in it like I originally requested. This Belleview Dunkin has so many complaints on Facebook! If you go on our local word of mouth group you can see where countless employees talk about mistreatment from management. They also discuss how management refuses to give employees the tips that customers leave. They have a high turnover rate over and often times seem to be under staff. Overall this is one of the most poorly ran Dunkin’ I have ever been to and it’s such a shame. Highly recommended Ellianos coffee over this location. They have definitely lost my business.

- ZTZach TNov 20, 20251.0Got charged $30 for my online order. Stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone asked me if i needed help. Showed up and they never received an order under my name. Showed the manager and another worker that it already charged me. They just said "Can't do anything about it we never received an order" even though I was already charged. Manager was super rude treating me like im a child who doesn't know what they're doing. Then she just walked away and completely ignored me. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Never going to that Dunkin again.
