- EMErin Mac5 days ago1.0First and last time ever having Chipotle. Ordered for take out, sat at the window 10 minutes past pick up time while no one acknowledged us. When they finally did our bag was sitting their the whole time. Got it home 5 minutes up the road. Ice cold, like it felt like it sat in the fridge. Both ordered burritos, same one, one was half the size of the other. The cold made it gross and putting it in the microwave just made it so soggy it wasn't edible. Ordered the large chips and guac, didn't get chips. $60 order thrown right in the trash. Contacted them two ways, no response. No care what so ever. Not missing out on them apparently.
- LBLady Bellissimo5 days ago3.0This particular location is relatively new yet, often out of grilled veggies and pico. The chicken is usually quite salty and spicy as well. Staff encounters have been relatively nice and helpful, with the occasional bad attitude/I don't care personality. Corporate did make our visit right so we returned. They weren't out of anything that time but the service was extremely slow (no urgency) and it was lunch hour. Overall service + food for 3 visits # 6 out of 10. I would recommend this location at opening not later in the day.

- LHlake hollidayFeb 6, 20261.0Ridiculously slow service and then gave me a water “bottle” that had a beer cap type of thing that required a bottle opener. That was a bit ridiculous considering nobody asked beforehand if we needed it to be opened, so I had to buy water elsewhere. Will not be returning.
