  We go here all the time since it opened because it’s close but this morning we waited in line for 5-10 mins for the server in front to finish talking even after giving the drink to customer. Allowing a whole other car to pull up, order, and leave with their drink. When we finally ordered she proceeded to not say a single word to us and glared at my wife after we finally received our 1 drink. I said thank you and she just walked off without saying a word. Very rude and inconsiderate service

  We have been here 3-4 times per week since they opened last month. The coffee and matcha are very good. The staff is friendly and even when the line is long they get you through fairly quick. With that being said you may wonder why such a low review score. When ordering a drink with no ice they charge you an extra dollar if you actually want your drink filled. Considering the drinks are already fairly expensive this is unacceptable. If you are selling a 32oz drink the customer should get a 32 oz drink. If that customer doesn’t want ice they should still get their full drink. Both Starbucks and Ellianos do not charge extra for a full drink with no ice, so I will support them and actually get what I pay for. The other issue is the employees have no clue what light ice means. Order a drink with light ice and I guarantee your cup will still be 50-75% ice. The couple of Pennie’s they try to save by overloading their drinks with ice has lost them a customer.

  I’ve had 7 Brew before at other establishments; specifically in the Alabama, but the one here in Belleview was phenomenally life changing! As I entered the drive thru I noticed a huge pile up of cars, for a moment I thought to myself, “This might take awhile…” In spite of that I was immediately proven fallacious as I was instantly greeted by the most convivial, kindest soul who greeted me and helped me determine my drink order as she navigated me through their vast, new menu. Once she finished taking my order, I was already at the front of the line! I was astonished and amazed by how quickly the cars were getting in and out! As my wife and I approached the front of the line, the marvelous barista affirmed my order and graciously took care of us, giving us a drink carrier, straws and even offered us a free pup cup for our husky; Duke, in the back of our truck! Though my drinks did not take long at all, while we were waiting, the same barista livened our day as we exchanged stories about the crazy snow storm! As the barista handed us our drinks, she gave each and every one of them a wipe down with a rag, which I believed to be so thoughtful and caring! My wife and I left the drive-thru in the upmost animated and vibrant spirits. For those wondering what we ordered, my wife got to try the new Banana Bread Mocha and a Cereal Milk Matcha! Both which she rated a 10 / 10. For myself I acquired a Brew Lagoon Energy with cream on top and a strawberry banana smoothie for our son at home, both were superb, my son described it as, “a luxurious, relishing tang.” Great job 7 Brew, our whole family will be returning soon.

  I love 7 brew and always will but the new location in Belleview really did a poor job at hiring adequate staff. Every employee i’ve encountered was either screaming and yelling with other staff, on their phone or just flat out have no manners i.e saying thank you and you’re welcome. Unfortunately i will not be returning to the Belleview location.

  It’s 10:05pm on a Sunday night and I’m sitting in my house across the street from 7 brew And I can Shazam the song that is playing from inside my living room because that’s how loud the music is. It’s love Sosa by Chief Keef. I’ve gone over there twice before in the daytime to talk and explain that the speakers are high-quality JBL and they direct the sound directly in the direction of the homes. I even took one of the managers over to my front door so they could hear how loud it was… nothing changes. From open to after their close, this is my daily experience now and it’s really frustrating because I have twin boys that are 2 1/2 years old… There’s no accountability for those around them or respect. When I’m putting my boys down for bed, we can hear the music playing and I hear every word. And this is not music that I would even want to listen to is trash 95% of the time. Please have some respect for those around you and turn it down. I don’t even understand why it needs to be so loud.
