If you're going to be in customer service then don't get upset when you have to take care of customers. The coffee was room temperature, overpriced and not even correct. You'd think an establishment would have better care for the customers in the morning. The food felt and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours, just drying out. The munchkins were incredibly dry and tasted terrible. Do establishments such as this even care for customers and the quality they provide anymore? Would not recommend.
- EREfrain RodriguezFeb 7, 20261.0I went to this location in Belleview with my little one to get some donuts at 8:40pm and when I was going to order from the inside to buy the donuts the young girl just said she couldn’t sale any donuts meanwhile there were still plenty of donuts and still 20 minutes before closing since it does say they close at 9pm. Horrible customer. It would make more sense to lock your doors so no customers go inside and be unable to make a purchase. Poor management for sure.
