  Recovering from surgery so tried a delivery owner. Food was prepared at 5:38 and delivered at 7, completely cold and soggy. Three it out.

  I placed a mobile order for the Checkers in Belleview, Florida. When I pulled up to the mobile pickup line, there was a car in the wrong direction being served at the window. The lane was blocked by this vehicle, so I had to back out. There was another car behind me trying to pick up a mobile order and another car was waiting to get in this line. So, we all drove around to the regular order line. When we got there, we were told that we had to use the other lane, even though it was blocked by a car in the wrong direction. I asked to wait here for my order and the employee said I could not wait here as he would get in trouble because of a timer for this lane. He finally said to go wait in the parking lot and that someone would bring my order to me. This is totally unacceptable, to allow an order from someone heading in the wrong direction and making customers who are ordering correctly to be delayed and penalized. With this rotten decision-making, I do not trust this joint and cannot recommend it to anyone else. What other terrible decisions do they make with your food during the day.

  I placed an order here today and the food was cold, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil, which you could smell from outside, and they tasted disgusting. And I ordered the extra large fry and was told ketchup may have a charge and only given 2 packets

  12 March 2026, approximately 23:20, I went to checkers/rallies In Bellevue, Florida order the spicy chicken combo, I didn’t receive the change of 0.02 back. No condiments, No napkins, cold food, drive around the opposite side to pick up the purchase. Two cent, is a small part of it. “I DO NOT SUPPORT UP CHANGE TO MILLION or BILLION dollar chain companies” it’s the principle of it. Companies are starting to make this their norm. We as the small consumers need to start addressing this each time it appears to them. Especially when the SERVICE lacking.
