  I’m bring generous with a 5 star review because I do love my drinks there but sometimes the coffee taste burnt and the vibe isn’t always what it should be. I hope those changes can be made cause I’d love to continue to go.

  Terrible. Ordered the same drink I've been getting for 2 years and its always blue. It came out dark purple I said sorry thats not mine he goes it is and read me off blue raspberry peach and I said no I always get it and its blue. He goes do you want us to remake it I said well its not my order so yes. He goes it is your order. Continued on twice more then I finally just left with the wrong drink and bullshit I just paid $8 bucks for it. I will not be back. Also asked me what I do for work and I answered then proceeds to tell me a story about something regarding it then asks me again what I do for work. No one is paying attention, customer service doesnt exist here. Avoid!

  Coffee was weak and bland even with a shot of espresso. Very disappointed. I can get a better cup of coffee from the automatic machines at racetrack or Circle K for less money. The service is very good though they are very fast and friendly.

  I’m super disappointed because in the first week of this location’s opening, my husband and I thought this would be our new favorite place. The coffees were so amazing. It went downhill so quickly. We are lucky to get a good coffee maybe every 1/5 visits now. For some reason they especially struggle to make a Brunette drink, I’m often given a drink that is pure white with no chocolate in it at all. Sometimes, they just give me a completely different drink entirely. I don’t know why the quality changed so quickly, but it makes me so sad.

  We have been here 3-4 times per week since they opened last month. The coffee and matcha are very good. The staff is friendly and even when the line is long they get you through fairly quick. With that being said you may wonder why such a low review score. When ordering a drink with no ice they charge you an extra dollar if you actually want your drink filled. Considering the drinks are already fairly expensive this is unacceptable. If you are selling a 32oz drink the customer should get a 32 oz drink. If that customer doesn’t want ice they should still get their full drink. Both Starbucks and Ellianos do not charge extra for a full drink with no ice, so I will support them and actually get what I pay for. The other issue is the employees have no clue what light ice means. Order a drink with light ice and I guarantee your cup will still be 50-75% ice. The couple of Pennie’s they try to save by overloading their drinks with ice has lost them a customer. Update: Of course 7brew has replied to my review with a basic corporate response acting like they care and asking me to email them. This is pretty standard as a way to look like they want to do better and limit the negative reactions to those that see a negative review. I knew that this was the case but decided to oblige. The response to my email was even less impressive as it was basically thank you for reaching out we will forward it to the team. Based on these responses, which are clearly only damage control rather than a genuine interest in what was said I am updating my review score to reflect the entire experience. No response is better than faking top make yourself look better.
