They did not have any orange scones, therefore I paid & returned in an hour to see a significant difference in size. I inquired about this, but I was ignored. I was giving this to a person in the hospital and their significant other. Very poor customer service & attitude.

Haven't been to Panera Bread in at least 6 or 7 years, I thought I would stop in and try a salad, I got the chicken Fuji apple salad and it was delicious and fresh. The service was quick and the restaurant was nice and clean. I will definitely stop and again to try something else.

I ordered via Uber but it would not allow me to privately relay my grievances nor is there an option to email so my first and only Google review will be how dissatisfied I feel with my order. My strawberry smoothie arrived completely melted (sure, things happen) but it was obvious they let it sit until it was picked up. Even had it been cold, it tasted like chalk and milk mixed up with no flavor whatsoever. My Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich had to be eaten without the bread and turned into a makeshift salad as the bread tasted of plastic. Luckily, there was a promotion for a free item when the sandwich was ordered and the French Onion soup was the only redeeming quality though all paid for items were practically inedible.

Food is good but many of the sandwiches have an abundance of bread.
My favorite is a steak and wake but I get it on sourdough instead of the roll it comes on

We love Panera Bread and eat there often. This review is specific to this location only.
Unfortunately, we’ve experienced repeated issues here over multiple visits—incorrect orders, missing items, and consistent staff-related problems. Each visit seems to come with a different issue, and it’s always related to service rather than the food itself.
Today was the point where we felt compelled to leave a review, as there appears to be no clear way to contact the franchise owner or management above the store level to file a formal complaint. Either the franchise owner is unaware of what’s happening at this location, or there is a lack of accountability in hiring and training.
Notably, many of the reviews here echo the same concerns about staff, which suggests this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated experience. We truly hope this feedback reaches the appropriate level so improvements can be made
