  This was one of the most enjoyable meals I have had in years. And my order was delivered by Uber Eats. I had steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, edamame, tomato bisque, salad and bread. EVERY item was exceptional. I am so satisfied that I WANTED to leave this review. I hope you enjoy your order as much as I did.

  While food was delicious, Stefan brought an entree that we didn’t order to my husband but left so quickly that we didn’t get a chance to tell him. Never checked on us or saw a manager so he just ate it. Disappointing service. One expects more when dining at the bonefish grill.

  I was so excited to finally introduce my new husband to Bonefish Grill and we happened upon this one after closing on a new home in the area. It was a late lunch as we arrived around 2:00 on a Monday afternoon and were promptly seated (5 of us) at a large booth. Having been given only one lunch menu by the hostess, we waited a significant amount of time for the waitress to take our drink order and bring us more lunch menus. Mind you, the restaurant area was empty as far as we could see and the bar had very few customers. We ordered one beer and two margaritas and waited at least 20 minutes for the server to return to take our food order. We asked about the delay with our drinks at that point (she never updated us on the delay), and she answered with excuses about how busy the bar was, with an extremely sarcastic attitude. She disappeared and next at our table appeared Steve, the manager on duty, who asked if we were so unhappy did we still want our food? As we told him, of course we wanted our food, and our drinks, we were just unsure what took so long to pour a beer and make two margaritas. We finally received drinks and our food, and although the attitudes of both the manager and waitress were poor, we did very much enjoy the bang-bang shrimp, corn and crab chowder, tomato bisque, fish & chips, and salads! Food met with our expectations completely. The manager did comp us a dessert (although none of us wanted dessert), but we did appreciate the gesture. There was no excuse for the service we received at this Bonefish Grill, and I was embarrassed that I was the one who recommended it. We will return to other locations, but never that one due to the waitress’s attitude (and manager Steve’s).

  I decided to surprise my husband with a steak 🥩 and lobster 🦞 dinner at home for his big 50th birthday 🎉. I was able to order both of our dinners as well as dessert online and using a gift card and the whole process went swimmingly 😃 Both dinners were hot and fresh and even included the extra touches like the drawn butter for the lobster and the bread and oil that they generally serve when you dine in, and that was a fantastic surprise 🫢. I arrived to pick it up and it was all bagged beautifully and wisely, the hot with the hot, the cold desert separated and it even had the fresh blueberries 🫐 and whip cream which was fresh and cold , not all melty and gross. I personally enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely do it again. And as for my husband he had one of the greatest birthdays that he's had in awhile which was extremely important as he had just turned the big Five-O 🥳🤯
