I come daily and usually the DriveThru is closed no sign no nothing they leave customers on a daily in the drive through waiting 10 minutes plus no sign no nothing.. The workers are inside and don’t communicate with customers. This has personally happened to me over 15 times this year this morning on 1/8/25 this happened where I’m in Drivevthru for over ten minutes waiting no one answered nor said anything. I finally realized what was going on came inside and the workers said no one has on a headset.. and they were short staff. I was visibly upset being a professional woman knowing the games these workers are playing & continue to play. One worker said to me you must be upset I responded and said of course this Dunkin Donuts is the most unprofessional business! There’s no manager around no one stepping up instead the workers all say it has nothing to do sign them and deny accountability and this has been going on a very long time…They can careless about drive thru customers! There were so many times I had to literally sit and drivethru and call to see if they’re were opened knowing they were open… they do what they want here and there’s no accountability. Instead the deflect and gaslight customers.
