I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at this location today around 1:20 PM. While I was checking on the status of my order with an employee, a man named Steven (the Shift Lead) came out of the back screaming profanities and calling me an "asshole" for no reason.
Jimmy’s has always prided itself on a policy of high-quality customer service and a welcoming environment, but Steven’s behavior was a complete violation of those standards. It is shocking and unacceptable for a supervisor to use that kind of language and aggression toward a customer who is simply asking a polite question. This is a massive failure in leadership and basic professional conduct. I hope management takes immediate action, as no customer should ever be subjected to such verbal abuse.
