Order taker couldn't stop interrupting me and talking over me. Aren't those folks there to first *listen* to the customers' orders, and then repeat back to them what they want? After all that I didn't get the hamburgers that I ordered, and my hard working wife and I dined on fries only. Unacceptable. This was supposed to be special, because she put in extra hours at her job. This isn't the first time. I Understand folks make mistakes, but not repetitive thoughtless ones. Can't Wendy's hire smarter people than this? Won't be going back to Wendy's again.
