Been sitting here in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and have not moved. 1:16pm on a Sunday afternoon. This business is a pathetic joke. Absolutely absurd. Must have a 9 year old running the place. Update: 35 minutes to get one iced coffee. From this point on I will wave as I drive by to go to the south Lakeland (Bartow Road) or 540a store. Never again.

No matter what day I go or what time I go, there is always a long wait even if I’m the only person in the drive-through line.
I’m not sure why I’m not sure if a staffing issue but I definitely feel like they should get that fixed because waiting there for more than 15 minutes at a time is a big ridiculous an alarming.

Pulled into the drive thru this morning and saw the sign saying no card payments. Unfortunately, that meant walking away from a $25 order.
I was in the drive thru because I have small children in the car and was trying to get them dropped off and make it to work on time. Going inside isn’t a realistic option in that situation.
I understand policies change, but eliminating card payments in the drive thru removes the entire purpose of having a drive thru in the first place. It’s inconvenient for parents, commuters, and anyone on a tight morning schedule.
Disappointing experience, and an easy sale lost. I won’t be back.

I genuinely feel bad for the employees that are working hard but there are a couple with zero work ethic or customer service. Drive thru was down. I went inside for only a couple donuts and the woman working the counter walked off mid line for a “30 min break” without saying anything to anyone. 10 minutes into her break, another employee noticed the same people were patiently waiting in line and came to the register and asked where the previous employee was because she was still logged into the register. That’s when the break information came out. The guy that came to help had trouble with the register and also walked off without any word to the customers. Eventually I walked out.
This is the third time I’ve been inside this DD and 2/3 times the service was horrible and everyone seemed too overwhelmed to handle the work load. I think there’s a massive opportunity for training and/or leadership support.

No matter how many times I try to give thus Dunkin a chance, my wife and I are always disappointed. They never seem to actually read the labels for any add-ons or details for extra cream and flavor. They always forget my wife's whipped cream and act like they didn't see it or something. Would be more believable if it wasn't every time we go there. I always add extra ice and when I get my coffee, there's bare minimum ice to make it an "iced coffee". They just can't seem to get it right. Don't waste your money on extra cream and flavor.
